This brand new Cape Cod home was built in 2007. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It comfortably sleeps 6 in individual beds (3- twins, 1-queen, 1-full and a queen sofa sleeper). It is nicely furnished with new beds and a huge tongue and groove pine loft with dormers that look out over the park and lake. If additional space is needed, a two bedroom full apartment is located in the lower level with a separate access. Additional fees apply to use the lower level apartment. All bedding, linens, towels and kitchen cookware is provided. Several board games are available. There are 2 TV’s a DVD player, stereo with CD and cassette.

On the Park at Serpent Lake is located in the town of Crosby, Minnesota. It is situated on three lots that face Serpent Lake and the Crosby Memorial Park.

To get here from Minneapolis - St. Paul: Take 94 west to Rogers, follow 169 north to Garrison, in Garrison follow 18 west for several miles to the sign for Bay Lake and 6 north. Follow 6 north into Deerwood, turn left on 210, go 1/2 mile to the flashing light and turn right on 6 /210. Follow this around Serpent Lake and into Crosby. You will pass a Super Value in Crosby if you need groceries. Continue on 6/210 (Main Street) to 1^st Ave, there is a Tesoro Gas station on the NE corner turn left and go two blocks to 2^nd Street, turn right and you are looking for the sixth house on the right. Use the alley to access the driveway. All cars must be off the road for overnight parking in the winter.
