This brand new Cape Cod home
was built in 2007. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It comfortably
sleeps 6 in individual beds (3- twins, 1-queen, 1-full and a queen sofa
sleeper). It is nicely furnished with new beds and a huge tongue and groove
pine loft with dormers that look out over the park and lake. If additional
space is needed, a two bedroom full apartment is located in the lower level
with a separate access. Additional fees apply to use the lower level
apartment. All bedding, linens, towels and kitchen cookware is provided.
Several board games are available. There are 2 TV’s a DVD player, stereo
with CD and cassette.
