The Crosby area offers many exciting outdoor activities.  Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing.  Spring through Fall offers a tremendous array of fun outdoor activities, golf, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking and biking just to name a few.  On The Park at Serpent Lake is centrally located to enjoy all of these great activities!  For bike, ski and canoe rentals, check out Cycle Path & Paddle it is located just one block from the house.  Local dinning, golf and area attractions are all listed on the Cuyuna Range Chamber web site.

Serpent Lake is a 1200 acre lake with above average clarity it offers a wide range of seasonal activities from boating to swimming, fishing and relaxing at the beach.  Walleye are regularly stocked, check with the local bait shop for the latest hot spots and ice safety. 

The Crosby Park offers camping, picnic areas a deluxe brand new project play playground, a skateboard park and a pavilion for evening activities.  Cycle Path and Paddle, a local rental shop   is located one block away.  It is best to call ahead and reserve equipment.  If needed they deliver right to the beach! 

The greater Crosby area is referred to as the Cuyuna Range.  Activities included biking, hiking, snowmobile trails, several great XC ski areas, scuba dive in spring fed mine pits, antique shopping, mining museums, local library, restaurants, taverns and a coffee shop with wireless internet.  Rain or shine activities abound!
