Two night minimum stay. Six person max-
occupancy for the main house. Ten person max-occupancy if you add the new
lower level apartment. No pets are allowed. A $400 damage deposit is required.
Flexible check in and check out dates. This is a NON-SMOKING home in its
entirety. Cancellations made in writing 30 days or more in advance of
arrival, will be refunded fully. Cancellations with any less notice will
only be refunded if a replacement rental can be secured.
Pontoon
Reservations:
Our Sun Patio 21’ pontoon holds 8 adults for a fun day on the lake. We
deliver the boat to the public beach area in Crosby. You can spend the
day relaxing in the sun as you cruise the 9 miles of pine studded Serpent
Lake shoreline. We will mark your map with the best swimming holes and
fishing hot spots. The park allows you to beach the boat and use the
bathroom facilities or just take a break on the beach. Subway, Papa Johns
Pizza and deli food is all within a short walk. A $200.00 damage deposit
holds your dates. If you are rained out before departure, the only charge
is a $25.00 booking fee. Call today!
